Weekend With Grammie

Grammie & Gang

What a weekend! Grammie came up for a fun-filled weekend with the kiddos. It perfect spring weather for getting out of the house and enjoying some much needed fresh air. We decided this would be the weekend to start teaching the kids to become more independent.

We taught Sophia how to rake....

....and bake!

Cohen learned to turn pages by himself

We were going to take the babies on their first horseback ride, but they didn't have any saddles. I felt they had enough padding in their diapers to go bare back but Mari wouldn't go for it. So for now, we just made introductions.

We have Noah practicing for his modeling career and he is taking very good direction - this is his pondering pose.

Finn really wants to learn to use the computer and is upset since we're trying to encourage outdoor activities for now. He bangs on the keyboard any chance he can get, which isn't so much the problem as is his excessive drooling. Rules of the house are no drinks or drool near the keyboard.

What fun! I like your new blog look - but pictures of the four are always the best thing to see and to know that you are all doing so well. Spring Break begins - so I hope to get some 'baby play time'!

Thanks, Suz! The blog is under construction - we're trying to snaz it up a bit to keep up with all my sophisticated blogger buddies! I'm new to this blog thing so it's a bit of a learning curve. :)
