It was sunshine all around this weekend as the temps read 77 degrees and the Steece family came to visit with their three little boys and one little girl. Two sets of quadruplets all just over two years old sleeping soundly in one room is a sight to be seen! We all had such fun watching them play together, their new little friendships warm our heart....see for yourself - we're sure it'll warm yours as well!
....with no place to go! (Thank goodness!) The kids love dressing up in our shoes, my jewelry, my purses and Sophia has now convinced the boys that their play power tools are much better suited for beauty salon equipment. If you have a moment, all the kids will pull your hair out free of charge! Check it out for yourself....
Where does the time go? It seems like we blinked and it's already a new year. We spent Christmas in Galveston with Chris's family and had a wonderful time. In between eating and visiting, we went to the beach, to the aquarium and even took in a little shopping on The Strand. It was nice to see the island getting back to normal just a year after Hurricane Ike.
Here's a short video of some of the Christmas memories we captured.
We are parents to three rambunctious boys and one even more rambunctious little girl who were all born in the same minute of the same day in August of 2007. This entire journey has allowed us to witness everyday miracles and proves to us that God is very much alive and walking among us. Great challenge has come with the miracles and we are learning to choose to be joyful through the daily tests. This blog is a collection of memories and a look at how we learn to grow more mature in our faith even as our faith is stretched to the max at times. Thank you for walking it with us, your encouragement and prayers are such a blessing to our family.
